Winter ’21 Major Features

Pilot Chapter Management

Chapters are an important part of many Associations and how they deliver value to their members. Chapters enable Associations to have local presence to encourage member engagement, thus helping in recruiting and retaining members.  

Chapters enable Associations to reach members locally. Chapters act as an extension of the organization, helping further its mission by improving member engagement. Chapters help in increasing member engagement, recruiting and retaining members, providing leadership development, and handling marketing and communications efforts at the local level.

Nimble AMS is now supports chapter functionality that will allow Associations to run and manage chapters even better than ever. Staff will be able to create Chapters, set up Chapter Assignment rules, manage Chapter Memberships and Chapter Roles.  And Associations can create Chapter portals that allow Chapter staff and leaders to handle the day to day operations while allowing chapter members to collaborate together on important topics.

 Web Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) Compliance

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is developed through the World Wide Web Consortium’s W3C process (external) in cooperation with individuals and organizations around the world, with a goal of providing a single shared standard for web content accessibility that meets the needs of individuals, organizations, and governments internationally. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 defines how to make Web content more accessible to people with disabilities. 

We are excited to share that Nimble AMS Community Hub is now WCAG compliant and more accessible by people with disabilities!

 Nimble AMS User Feedback Survey

Listening and learning from our customers is one of the most important things we can do to help make our product even better.  Starting with our Winter 21 release Nimble AMS will ask, on occasion, staff users for their feedback on how the product is working for them.  This will give an opportunity for our growing user base to share what’s working well and areas we can improve our product to provide an even better experience for Associations.  The feedback survey is optional for users, and designed to be simple, quick and non-intrusive.  We appreciate your feedback and thank you for helping us improve Nimble AMS!

Pilot Nimble Communities 

Originally released in Spring 20 as a closed pilot, this is now an open pilot for any interested customers!

Nimble Communities are a place for associations and their constituents to connect and collaborate.  Associations can create branded communities that bring the association experience right to members finger tips, wherever they are. Customers can take advantage of a wealth of benefits to create a personalized community experience that engages constituents, by leveraging the platform capabilities directly tailored for associations. Communities provide a space where association members can collaborate on content in real time, share files and directly connect with others.
